Article 2 (Method of Collecting Personal Information)

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

• If a user finds that their personal information held by us is incorrect, they may request correction or deletion of their personal information by following the procedures specified by us.
• If we determine that it is necessary to comply with a request received from a user under the preceding paragraph, we shall correct or delete the personal information without delay and notify the user accordingly.

Article 7 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

If we are requested by an individual to stop the use or deletion of their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or that it was obtained through illegitimate means, we will promptly investigate the matter and, based on the results, suspend the use of the personal information or take other necessary measures, and notify the person concerned. However, if the suspension of use of personal information or other measures involve a large amount of cost or are otherwise difficult to implement, and if it is possible to take alternative measures to protect the rights and interests of the individual, we will take such alternative measures.

Importantly, we do not share the face data or any other user data derived from the uploaded images with any third parties. We respect and prioritize our users' privacy and are committed to maintaining strong and effective privacy protections.

Uploaded face data will not be stored on servers or any other media.
Furthermore, uploaded face data will not be used for any purpose other than generating images within this service.
